The Feldman Companies was presented with an opportunity to co-develop and assemble three parcels of land for a NNN ground lease, retail strip and hotel on a 7.5 acre parcel of land. The property is in final stages of planning and construction is scheduled for Q3 2016 after final entitlements and permits are received.

The Feldman Companies was presented with an opportunity to develop a 49,000 SF Publix center with 16,000 SF of retail in a growing residential submarket. The land acquisition also consisted of additional land for three outparcels on the main city road. Pre-leasing is currently underway and development is pending sufficient commitments. As a first priority, we look to minimize lease up risk prior to closing a transaction.
